OK. Day 1. Started the bidding at $1000. End of day, over $45,000. Nice first day! Over 1000 views and 14 bids. We haven't done any advertising or promotion yet other than social media, so gotta be happy. Still a ways to go before it hits the reserve. By the way, our reserve is less than  half of the value of a Vancouver condo, so feel free to forward to anyone who may be interested in inexpensive living.

You all know how much I like auctions, so we have dedided to put it on eBay to coincide with the TV show Extreme Houseboats, which is doing a feature on us and our floathome on November 4th at 9pm.
