Okay, this is our truck from the movie Tin Man with Richard Dryfuss, but as many of you know I spent many years in the film industry. I was constantly asked, "where can I buy props and wardrobe?". Well here's your chance.

PROP & COSTUME SALE: Busy production company will be releasing many of its previously used assets such as costumes, set decoration and props inventory on Friday, May 10th from 12pm to 5pm ALL interested buyers and thrift shoppers.

Over the past few years our company has produced dozens of features, and as a result created a large collection of strange and unique props, designed for an array of genres and specialties ranging from dramatic pieces to disaster and science fiction.

These unique items, some rare, some set for time-periods, and some all-around bits and bobs, have got to be sold to make room for additional stock, so almost all items are being sold at unbelievable prices.

There's an incredible amount of lightly-used clothes and accessories, from shoes to t-shirts, jackets to tuques, and even more fantastic treasures to discover at incredible prices.

Whether you're an aspiring filmmaker or a savvy thrift-shopper, there's something for everyone. The assets will be on display for public sale Friday, May 10th at 2421-D Alpha Avenue, Burnaby BC V5C 5L2.

The Most Collectable Cars of the Future...

Since practicality overrules fashion, we had been the proud owner of a Volvo AWD station wagon. Not exactly the bastion of sex appeal, but a fully functional, practical people mover. Since wifey has joined the ranks of the RCMP office computer geekettes, she has been required to drive about 160k a day. A five cylinder turbo simply was too expensive to use as a daily driver, so thecollectordude decided to try his ability at bartering. After a few weeks, we made the trade. We are now the proud owner of a Mazda Miata. Highly rated, though rather small, it is certainly a ton (not gonna use the Canadian tonne, haven't converted yet) better on gas.
This got me to thinking, what are the collectable cars of the future. Here, thanks to our friends at askmen is the top 10 next collectors cars. Guess which car made the top ten! You got it...zoom ..zoom
